This is Jason from Bowcast and the NM Sportsman...
Little Mike... I agree with you on the buckle strap. It makes alot less noise and when you are within 20 yards of a deer everything counts.
But more importantly IMO they are much more consistent than a velcro strap... When you buckle the release on your wrist it will always be at the same spot. You can't say that for velcro. With Velcro you are relying on feel to try to get it to the same place everytime.
If you don't have your wrist strap at the same place everytime it will play havoc with your draw length...
